ACRO DANCE

(DANCERS MUST TAKE BALLET OR JAZZ TO TAKE ACRO)     *Ages 6 & up                                                              

A style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precise acrobatic elements.  Students are taught proper stretch techniques, while strengthening core muscles needed.

 

Benefits of Acro Dance are flexibility, strength, balance, muscle control and above all discipline and concentration.
